Natural Creativity: Discovering our knowledge within
18 of April 2020
Do you wish to awaken to your unique gifts, remember how to express yourself from within and flow with the creative process? This combination of being in nature and creative expression connects you in a playful way to your dreams and allows them to manifest for you.
“The ancient Vedic scribes from India tell us that just as a seed knows it will become a flower so too, we have within all knowledge of ourselves and life itself within us.”
In the morning Boudewien will take us into the forest on a Spirit of Nature walk. By opening our senses, we consciously connect with our natural surrounding. Silence and slowing down will support us to relax into the here and now. We observe what is happening in and around us. Being in nature, observing all that is, we tap into nature’s primal rhythm and wisdom as well as our own.
After lunch Christine will guide us into several principles of Vedic Art; an intuitive painting method, that allows us to connect with our creativity and let our inner world manifest on an empty paper. Vedic Art supports the process of finding our own unique inner expression and connection to freedom and joy. You don’t need any previous experience or artistic ability to benefit 🙂
“Our inner driving force sets us in motion and guides us step by step into seeing how nature works. We begin to remember how to express ourselves from within, and we dive deeper into the creative process. This leads into expansion on all levels, both in art and in our lives.”

Boudewien is inspired by her teachers John P. Milton (Way of Nature) and Irene van Lippe -Biesterfeld (Spirit of Nature). By providing guided nature meditations, visualisations, simple energy exercises and time alone in nature, she creates a space in which participants can discover, renew or deepen their relation with nature and themselves. Inner and outer nature are inherently connected and affecting each other equally. Boudewien allows participants to simply BE and explore this inner/outer nature connection.
Christine is an artist from Sweden living in Tuscany, since young age painting and nature has been the joyful driving forces in her life. Creativity is always there. A few years ago she came in contact with Vedic Art in Sweden and since ten years she teaches and provides workshops where she also shares her own experience. Connection with the nature is an important part of her inspiration and creativity.
